Ticket Policies

Under 4 Admitted Free

Younger children (3 years and younger) are admitted free with a ticketed adult. Gem mining bucket may be shared or a separate bucket can be purchased for younger children.

Tickets Do Not Expire

Tickets are good until redeemed. As long as an activity has not been checked in by an employee, you may come back any time to complete the rest of your ticket.

No Refunds

Because tickets do not expire, the Mystery Hill family of attractions does not offer refunds on incomplete tickets. Vists can be rebooked for a later date. Scheduled activities (anomaly tour & old time photos) should be rescheduled at least 30 minutes prior. Failure to do so may result in that activity being considered redeemed.
