How long should we plan to spend at Mystery Hill?

Most of our experiences include all-day access, so it is hard to pinpoint an exact amount of time needed, but we find that, on average, choice ticket holders spend approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes on site, and ultimate ticket holders spend around 3 hours.

Are dogs allowed?

The Mystery Hill family attractions are dog friendly, but we do always require them to be on a leash and controlled. Please be aware that many times the attractions are crowded, so we ask that you use your best judgment on whether your pet can handle the stress of a crowd.

Are pictures and video allowed?

Yes! Mystery Hill welcomes and encourages photography and videography. Make sure you tag us on social media if you share!

What ages will enjoy a visit to Mystery Hill?

Mystery Hill features a very diverse array of experiences, and we typically find that people of all ages will find something that they enjoy as they explore the attractions.

It’s Raining / Snowing — Can we still visit Mystery Hill?

Yes, a visit to the Mystery Hill is great during the rain. Most of our exhibit areas are inside and heated. You will need to make a short walk between the three building complexes, so if you have an umbrella or rain jacket, bring it with you.
